    It was just a prime choice for a speedy visit in Prague with really good value. The service was very helpful, especially with restaurant reservations. Make sure to check the heating system to keep your room comfortable.

    We had a great stay! The lobby was stunning, and the Irish coffee at the Vault bar was the best I've ever had. The pool and spa facilities were relaxing, just what we needed.

    Best hotel breakfast ever!

    This place has an amazing breakfast buffet, lots of fresh options and even live music! The staff is super friendly, especially Yosif. The indoor pool and spa are awesome for relaxation. Just wish the room service menu had a few more choices. But overall, it's a fantastic spot!

    Very good wellness area with swimming pool and jaccuzi. Staff at the receptiond desk very helpful.

    Catering: Very poor breakfast, 3 days the same meal, warm buffet was also 3 days cold (sausages, bacon, tomatoes), very bad way of serving omelets and scrambled eggs - you have to wait min. 5-10 minutes at the same row, where is the cold buffet, so you have no chance to take something from the cold buffet because of the waiting people. Avarage coffee. If I can recommend to future travellers, do not order breakfast in this hotel. Room: demaged hangers in bathtube, one cosmetic set=1 pcs. (Shower gel, shampoo) for 2 people and 3 night stay.

    The spa was a highlight, very relaxing. I loved the live musicians playing during breakfast. The pool was a great way to unwind after exploring. The historical charm throughout the hotel was excellent.

    Perfect and wonderful setting in the very relaxing area, close to great attractions and food a walking distance away as well as the bus stop for the airport express and the old town. Substantial and above average breakfast with bread, yoghourt and eggs. A well appointed hotel, my first choice in Prague.

    Loved the beautiful building and its rich history. The bar located in the old bank safe felt unique and interesting. Pavlina provided really good service. The spa facilities offered a relaxing experience without feeling overcrowded. The massage beds in the pool were a good bonus. My room was a bit smaller than expected, and the oddly placed windows let in minimal light. I also faced some inconvenience with the stairs leading into the hotel. No one offered to help with my luggage upon arrival. The quality of the amenities was excellent, but the rooms could use some updates for a more luxurious feel.
